Oversimplification. It’s easy to be a back seat driver. We had our 9/11 and other Nations have had their terrorist attacks. No army or intellegence agansy can prevent them all. There are so many threats and many are false. Terrorists can fail to attack 100x but one missed call by the defenders makes a 10/7, 9/11.
