Isn’t there a judicial philosophy that if someone lies one time then you can assume that anything they say is a lie? How can any court/judge put any confidence in anything that Jack says.

I don't believe there is such a thing as "Judicial Philosophy" anymore.

That would require Honorable Judges and Lawyers, and I don't believe there are many in the US Just Us System.

I believe that the US Lawfare System responds to the best and largest use of Force within it.

Apply Force until you get the decision you want.
