Dobie Gray recorded a “KRLA version of “In Crowd” which was the only version played on KRLA. If you wanted to hear the standard version, you had to surf over to KFWB. Dobie sang, “I’m in with the In Crowd, in love with KRLA.” Unfortunately, I can’t find it anywhere on the Internet.
