It’s smaller than all the states west of the Mississippi. In fact, all the states west of the Mississippi are larger than any of the states east of the Mississippi.
And CT used to be like NH and have no income tax until 1991 when Lowell Weicker, a Yale Grad, go figure, proposed a “temporary” flat 6% income tax and dripped the sales tax from 8% to 4.25%. It was only supposed to be for 1 year. Hahaha...

Some animals are more equal than others.
Apparently they were not very well protected......
In fact, that is wrong.
Georgia is larger than Iowa
Thank God, we have enough problems.
That had to be a 150k job, plus a heck of a lot of hush money for a lot of officials. What a crooked bastard. If the trees were damaged, the property owner can decide what to do.
To improve his view, a California judge authorized the destruction of a forest on adjacent land he didn’t own: It belonged to the County...!
Not only was Lowell Weicker a Yale grad, he was a Republican.
Illegally clear cut through wetlands that he didn’t own to get a better view from his home.
Weicker, like all prominent CT Pubbies, was a RINO’s RINO.
And a bunch are bigger than Hawaii
One thing about Connecticut, you will see your state senator and state representative in Shop-Rite. Heck, when I worked at my family marina, my state representative was a customer. He was a boater, hunter and a fisherman.
Typical behavior of the entitled.
I will agree he is definitely not nearly as insane as many Democrats today. As an example, during Covid, he never had a jab mandate for things like teachers, state, employees, etc. Once he dropped the statewide mask, mandate, despite places like New Haven, Hartford, Bridgeport, etc. Demanding he implement one, he never did, he allowed amusement parks that are outside to reopen in 2020. These are just a few of the better examples compared to places like Massachusetts which wouldn’t even allow an outdoor amusement park to open for all of 2020.
