Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass vowed Wednesday to prosecute pro-Israel vigilantes who attacked the illegal “Palestine Solidarity Encampment” at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) overnight.
In a statement, Bass said she wanted those involved in the violence held responsible, noting actions reportedly taken by both the vigilantes and the pro-Palestinian activists — though only the vigilantes were said to use fireworks.

Every protestor arrested should be required to watch an hour’s worth of the most graphic, uncensored footage from Oct. 7th. Let these snowflakes see what they’re protesting for. Of course a handful of true believers will probably enjoy watching the carnage, but not the useful idiot snowflakes. The only problem is they’d probably try to sue the city for being traumatized.

The Army of Communists (AOC) are trying to force the police into physical combat.
The police - for now - have been ordered to NOT engage in physical combat.
Seems to be uncertainty in police command, on how to proceed.
Yet, the police seem to want The Army of Communist (AOC) to disperse . . . after, now, multiple warnings.
Recently, LAPD and CHP have been using the latest, pro-longed response to taking prisoners, in order for bad people to not be injured.
You can see that more care-filled response, in recent Los Angeles area police chases.
So, presently, at UCLA, the UCLA bosses and LAPD/CHP bosses, have a lot of 'What do we do, now?!' in order to affect arrests but with little harm.

Democrats are in full hand-wringing mode over the anti-Israel protests on campus. The louder the protesters scream about “Free Palestine,” the more nervous the Democrats become.
They know that there aren’t many potential Donald Trump voters yelling antisemitic epithets at Jewish students from “Gaza Liberation Zones.” These were Joe Biden voters in 2020 and may yet be again. In fact, as close a race as the 2024 presidential race is going to be. Biden is going to need these antisemites to win.
As much as Democrats want to sympathize with the pro-Hamas protesters, they know they have to walk a fine line.
“The longer they continue, and the worse that they get, the worse it’s going to be for the election overall,” one House Democrat told Axios.
The protests, the anonymous Democratic lawmaker warned, are “bringing out [the public’s] most conservative side.”
Rep. Annie Kuster (D-N.H.), chair of the New Democrat Coalition, said that many of her fellow Democrats “have been, kind of, holding back” on commenting about the protests.
“It’s complicated enough for us with the range of opinions and height of emotions we have, without weighing in on what [colleges] should be doing,” Kuster said.
“It’s hard because ... the more thoughtful approach is the more difficult approach. It’s easier to pick a side and start yelling,” said another senior House Democrat.
