They obviously feel very untouchable.
My question for everybody on the thread is how we get Haspel and Pompeo and their subordinates under oath in a context where they can be held legally accountable.
Will it have to be Gitmo?
It sure as heck isn’t going to happen under a democrat President, DOJ, and/or Congress.
What is our first step to make this happen? The surveillance has already been known and the FBI has had the proof of it for a long time - surveillance using “The Hammer” when John Brennan and James Clapper commissioned Dennis Montgomery to allow them to use “The Hammer” to spy on judges, justices, Congress-critters, Donald Trump, media reporters, etc. FBI has had the proof of that for a long time and buried it. How are we going to force those criminals to actually be tried? Montgomery said they did that spying to get bribery material; when are we going to find out who they bribed, when, and how?
There is a special law that protects CIA executives when telling lies under oath, even to Congress, when they believe it protects deep state interests. So, getting them under oath just gives them an opportunity to plant red herrings.
