Well yesterday I thought I’d get busy cleaning before heading back to the KC area for granddaughters graduation. I keep forgetting I’m not 25 anymore. Got very industrious and scrubbed some concrete steps. Stupid me I slipped and fell! Was in the ER for hours getting xrays and cat scans.
Nothing broken or fractured thank the Good Lord for that. Just really banged up. The good news is I can still travel. Thought I’d share. Someone needs to invent no slip concrete.
Oh no, so sorry to hear that but so thankful you didn’t break anything and can still attend your granddaughter’s graduation.

Oh, no ... so sorry to hear about your slip and fall, and, trip to the ER.
Just thankful that you have no broken bones AND are able to travel to your dear Granddaughter’s grad celebration.
They do make a clear finish “paint” product you can roller paint on concrete, stone, etc....it has a fine sand type material in it. We used it on our patio...works great.

You are the third person in the last 2 weeks who I know have fallen.
You are lucky, the other 2 I know had broken bones.
Take care of yourself and have a good time at graduation.
Get some Veterinary Liniment Gel, works the best on soreness.
Feed store or Amazon.
Just use a tiny bit, goes a long way.
