It appears BIDEN is softening up America for a foreign takeover by draining our oil reserves and letting who know who through the border.
And I believe this is weather manipulation that is causing the extreme weather. There are chemtrail clouds (abnormal cylinder-shaped) that appear a couple days before a severe storm, and I can hear nonstop planes high up in the atmosphere.
