Hopefully, good Judge Cannon won’t let evil Smith get away with more of his diabolical deeds.
As Julie Kelly has said, Smith is opening the door for Judge Cannon to release more and hold hearings on what he has done.
A real backfire!
In addition to making several admonishments to Jack Smith about vague, generalized claims of threats against anyone involved in the case to keep evidence concealed, Judge Cannon last month consented to his request to keep GJ testimony of 2 law enforcement officials involved in MAL raid under seal "subject to any additional litigation."
Smith, as I noted, just gave Cannon a reason to unseal this testimony since he filed the motion to modify Trump's condition of release based on "false and inflammatory" statements about the raid.
