Back in the courtroom, the show trial has resumed.
The junior bookkeeper of the Trump Organization has been questioned and cross-examined, and now we are on to an editor of Harper Collins Publishing.
The prosecution has questioned the editor and now Todd Blanche is handling the Cross Examination for the Trump Defense.
Blanche finished a brief cross examination where he asked if the editor of Harper Collins had been the editor when Trump published the book. She said she had not.
Now, Madeliene Westerhout, the former Executive Assistant to the President who sat directly outside the Oval Office takes the stand.
Itās important to note that Madeliene Westerhout was fired from her job because she told the media that the President loved her more than her kids when she went out with a few reporters and got drunk.
(Full Disclosure: Madeliene and I did not get along when I was in the White House. I suspected that she was a major source of many of the leaks and told the President that.)
ADA is now questioning Madeleine Westerhout about the Access Hollywood tape.
ADA: What impact did the tape have on the RNC Leadership.
Madeleine: It rattled them.
ADA: Did the RNC Leadership discuss how to replace Mr. Trump as the candidate.
MW: There were discussions about that and how to soften the blow.
Madeleine asked by the ADA what her name was during the transition while Donald Trump was President-Elect.

Per Madeleineās testimony, sitting in the Outer Oval Office with her in 2017 were: Hope Hicks, John McEntee, Keith Schiller and Dan Scavino.
ADA: What was Mr. Trumpās preferred method of communication?
MW: In person or on the phone.
ADA: When would he start taking calls?
MW: Before 6am
ADA: When would he end?
MW: Late, after I went to bed which often times I felt guilty about.
MW: President Trump wanted to keep the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office pristine and he would do a lot of his unofficial meetings and take his documents in the dining room (directly to the left of the Oval Office if you are sitting at the Resolute Desk).
MW: There were worlds that President Trump liked to capitalize like COUNTRY and use explanation points!!!

Necheles asking about timeline of when she, Madeleine Westerhout, got to know President Trump. It is apparent that they first got to know each other in 2016.
This is an incredible turn of events, at first, it looked like Madeleine Westerhout could give potential damaging information about President Trump. Instead, the prosecution lost all momentum and Madeleine has established that President Trump is purposely misinterpreted by the media.
Madeleineās emotion looks genuine and contrite, even from the perspective of someone who came in not liking her from my interactions in the White House.
Judge Merchan looks like he may be asleep at the bench. He just bobbed his head and woke himself up from my perspective. He looks asleep again. Now heās up, blinking his eyes furiously.
Madeleine Westerhout again talking about how close a relationship President Donald Trump had with the First Lady, Melania, that she saw during her 2.5 years in the White House.
(The Jury is seeing a man who has love for his family. If this trial is truly not about the facts but about the character of Donald Trump, Madeleine has represented the President truthfully and well.)
Judge Merchan is up because he is dismissing the jury for the remainder of the day.
Ten minute break before we resume with a mistrial argument from Todd Blanche.
President Trump walks out of the courtroom confidently, chest up, looking like a conquering general, smiling at the media members on both sides of the aisle!
The DAās office walks slowly back into the room. They look nearly as defeated as Lawrence OāDonnell, who is sitting in the second to last row on the right.
President Trump walks back in the courtroom followed by his entire team. There are big smiles all around. They know this has been a pivotal day.
Blanche begins by presenting the three issues two the court without the jury presently.
One point is withdrawn, because Karen McDougal will not be called to the stand.
Todd Blanche presenting point 2 on behalf of President Trump asking to drop the Gag Order with regards to the testimony of Stormy Daniels as she presented a new version of events in court which was then presented by a friend of hers last night on TV.
Blanche, Trump Defense Attorney, reiterating that he cannot say anything with regards to what allegedly happened the night of the alleged sexual encounter between Donald Trump and Stormy Daniels. āEspecially that she is now off the stand and because itās a much different story than was presented previously.ā
ADA responds: It seems like the other side lives in an alternate reality. There was not a different story that the witness, Stormy Daniels, presented. This Gag Order is to keep people safe, and I think itās been pretty effective. There are people making the defenseās case for him out in the courtroom.
(The ADA misconstruing to the court that Madeleine Westerhout broke down because she saw her home address on an exhibit. She broke down every time when she described how President Trump is a good man who has been attacked by the media.)

Merchan denies the application to remove or suspend the gag order with regards to Stormy Daniels.
Well, of course this wicked *judge* refuses to remove the gag order, against RPOTUS.

Kennedy recently met with Rand Paul in his office on January 10, 2024, which explains why Rand Paul refuses to endorse Donald Trump for President.
Seems like RFK Jr and Rand Paul made a deal ahead of 2024, because in February of this year, RFK Jr publicly endorsed Rand Paul to be the next Senate Republican leader after Mitch McConnell retires. Additionally, even though Donald Trump is the official GOP nominee for President, Rand Paul wonāt endorse him.
If youāre MAGA, donāt support Rand Paul and donāt ever donate to him again. Who knows if heās funneling money to RFK Jr via Doug Stafford. Rand Paul is a fraud who is clearly aiding and abetting the Marxist takeover of our country and he is working against MAGA with Stafford, his Chief Strategist.

Todd Blanche making the case for a mistrial mentioning the times that the ADA led Stormy Daniels over the guardrails including Stormy rolling up a magazine and spanking President Trump on the tush.
This is extremely prejudicial testimony, this is not a case about sex. We deny this, but it has nothing to do with the charges in this case. There was a question with how the bathroom looked inside. This isnāt a witness out of control, this was a question asked by the Government and answered. This is the ADA violating the guardrails that the court set up.
Blanche, Trumpās Defense Attorney continues about how the Government continued to lead the witness down the path over the guardrails. Mentions again how the witness has changed her story and that they, the Trump Defense, did not get the chance to prepare for the witness.
Blanche now bringing up that the mention of a condom is a dog whistle for rape.
Judge wants to hear from the ADA. Blanche said he has plenty more. Judge invites ADA to speak.
ADA: That was a lot, and most of that was untrue. They site the Anderson (Floaterson) Cooper interview. Making the point that its not a change of story saying that the defense had time to prepare by watching the Cooper interview as well as other interviews (absurd suggestion to adequate to prepare for cross examination at trial).
ADA reaching to make the case why it was relevant about asking about a condom to what is a bank fraud/election case (that has passed the statute of limitations where no underlying felony is sited).
My observation: Judge Merchan has not interrupted the Soros funded District Attorneyās office. This seems to be the standard that while Merchan will interrupt Blanche, he lets the ADA make their points unencumbered.
Another observation: The person who draws President Trump during the court proceedings has left the room. Those drawings have tried to make Trump look his worst in my opinion. I wonāt describe anything about that person including their gender so as not to reveal anything, except to say, that the person was wearing a mask.
Judge Merchan, making a ruling on the mistrial after Blanche got back up to make another point and the judge raised his voice at him to sit down, that Blancheās arguement is not relevant.
Judge agrees that a condom should not have come up but he blames the Trump defense team for not objecting.
The Judge ruled with the prosecution. Mistrial denied.
(Surprise, Surprise. Judge Merchan, I strongly believe, decided this before he heard a word from the prosecution, or the defense, who he interrupted multiple times).
It is illegal to lie under oath. It is not illegal to lie to the media. Every witness against Trump can come out and say the exact opposite of what they said in the court. I recall the Clintons doing this a lot.
If this is true about Rand Paul, I am very disappointed.
