I’ve been praying for His mercy upon this nation, and, Pres Trump. and, all who LOVE America....as well as Heavenly Justice to rain down on these corrupt “judges”.

So happy to see so many brave students standing up to these paid astroturfer rioters.

I wasn’t going to post any more of Trump’s show trial but as Andrew says, there was a turn of events....

Andrew H. Giuliani
@AndrewHGiuliani

Back in the courtroom, the show trial has resumed.

The junior bookkeeper of the Trump Organization has been questioned and cross-examined, and now we are on to an editor of Harper Collins Publishing.

The prosecution has questioned the editor and now Todd Blanche is handling the Cross Examination for the Trump Defense.

Blanche finished a brief cross examination where he asked if the editor of Harper Collins had been the editor when Trump published the book. She said she had not.

Now, Madeliene Westerhout, the former Executive Assistant to the President who sat directly outside the Oval Office takes the stand.

It’s important to note that Madeliene Westerhout was fired from her job because she told the media that the President loved her more than her kids when she went out with a few reporters and got drunk.

(Full Disclosure: Madeliene and I did not get along when I was in the White House. I suspected that she was a major source of many of the leaks and told the President that.)

ADA is now questioning Madeleine Westerhout about the Access Hollywood tape.

ADA: What impact did the tape have on the RNC Leadership.

Madeleine: It rattled them.

ADA: Did the RNC Leadership discuss how to replace Mr. Trump as the candidate.

MW: There were discussions about that and how to soften the blow.

Madeleine asked by the ADA what her name was during the transition while Donald Trump was President-Elect.

Madeleine Westerhout: “Yes, the Greeter Girl.”

ADA asking Madeleine Westerhout about a map of the West Wing, now getting into specifics about who sat where in the Outer Oval Office.

ADA: Who is Dan Scavino?

MW: One of the President’s most trusted advisors.

Per Madeleine’s testimony, sitting in the Outer Oval Office with her in 2017 were: Hope Hicks, John McEntee, Keith Schiller and Dan Scavino.

ADA: What was Mr. Trump’s preferred method of communication?

MW: In person or on the phone.

ADA: When would he start taking calls?

MW: Before 6am

ADA: When would he end?

MW: Late, after I went to bed which often times I felt guilty about.

MW: President Trump wanted to keep the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office pristine and he would do a lot of his unofficial meetings and take his documents in the dining room (directly to the left of the Oval Office if you are sitting at the Resolute Desk).

MW: There were worlds that President Trump liked to capitalize like COUNTRY and use explanation points!!!

ADA trying to show that Madeleine Westerhout had a close knowledge of his working day and contacts.

ADA asking about a contact list with 50+ contacts that included President Trump’s family, Allen Weiselberg, David Pecker and Michael Cohen.

Madeleine Westerhout email to Michael Cohen on February 5, 2017:

Subject: Wednesday Meeting

Michael,

We’re confirmed for the meeting on Wednesday afternoon. What I need from you is full name, social security number (etc).

Madeleine

(The fact that Cohen did not visit the White House until February 5th, more than two weeks after Trump took office, shows to me how invaluable Cohen was to Trump.)

ADA questioning Madeleine Westerhout, President Trump’s former assistant about a text conversation she had with Hope Hicks asking if she called David Pecker.

President Trump sitting back in his chair looking cool, calm and confidant while the ADA continues to fish, asking MW about checks and FedEx labels.

MW now discussing Winged Foot Golf Club, one of the great American clubs.

Dear Mr. President,
If Winged Foot would allow me to suspend your membership for 4 or 8 years, would you like me to look into it or would you like me to pay?
Rhona Graff

President Trump response: PAY, ASAP OK.

(President Trump takes great pride of being a member of Winged Foot Golf Club, even with an incredible portfolio of Trump Golf Clubs)

ADA: Do you remember if you passed on this question to President Trump (regarding buying a Tiffany’s picture frame).

MW: I don’t know, I might have made the executive decision on this item, I’m sorry sir (Madeleine Westerhout looks at President Trump to apologize).

ADA now asking about President Trump’s relationship with Melania Trump.

MW: I remember they had a special relationship. I know they laughed a lot when they were together in the Oval Office.

ADA now asking MW about what cost her her job and Madeleine Westerhout broke down crying after saying that she thought she was talking to the press during an off the record dinner where she made some mistakes which she deeply and still regrets.

Madeleine still crying as she is being questioned about her book: Off the Record. MW adds that her motivation was to let the world know the man she got to know and how he was misunderstood, he’s a good man.

Prosecution is done questioning, Cross Examination will begin with Susan Necheles representing President Trump.

Madeleine voice still cracking as questioning by Trump Defense (Trump D) Attorney Susan Necheles.

Necheles asking about timeline of when she, Madeleine Westerhout, got to know President Trump. It is apparent that they first got to know each other in 2016.

This is an incredible turn of events, at first, it looked like Madeleine Westerhout could give potential damaging information about President Trump. Instead, the prosecution lost all momentum and Madeleine has established that President Trump is purposely misinterpreted by the media.

Madeleine’s emotion looks genuine and contrite, even from the perspective of someone who came in not liking her from my interactions in the White House.

Judge Merchan looks like he may be asleep at the bench. He just bobbed his head and woke himself up from my perspective. He looks asleep again. Now he’s up, blinking his eyes furiously.

Madeleine Westerhout again talking about how close a relationship President Donald Trump had with the First Lady, Melania, that she saw during her 2.5 years in the White House.

(The Jury is seeing a man who has love for his family. If this trial is truly not about the facts but about the character of Donald Trump, Madeleine has represented the President truthfully and well.)

Judge Merchan is up because he is dismissing the jury for the remainder of the day.

Ten minute break before we resume with a mistrial argument from Todd Blanche.

President Trump walks out of the courtroom confidently, chest up, looking like a conquering general, smiling at the media members on both sides of the aisle!

The DA’s office walks slowly back into the room. They look nearly as defeated as Lawrence O’Donnell, who is sitting in the second to last row on the right.

President Trump walks back in the courtroom followed by his entire team. There are big smiles all around. They know this has been a pivotal day.

Blanche begins by presenting the three issues two the court without the jury presently.

One point is withdrawn, because Karen McDougal will not be called to the stand.

Todd Blanche presenting point 2 on behalf of President Trump asking to drop the Gag Order with regards to the testimony of Stormy Daniels as she presented a new version of events in court which was then presented by a friend of hers last night on TV.

Blanche, Trump Defense Attorney, reiterating that he cannot say anything with regards to what allegedly happened the night of the alleged sexual encounter between Donald Trump and Stormy Daniels. “Especially that she is now off the stand and because it’s a much different story than was presented previously.”

ADA responds: It seems like the other side lives in an alternate reality. There was not a different story that the witness, Stormy Daniels, presented. This Gag Order is to keep people safe, and I think it’s been pretty effective. There are people making the defense’s case for him out in the courtroom.

(The ADA misconstruing to the court that Madeleine Westerhout broke down because she saw her home address on an exhibit. She broke down every time when she described how President Trump is a good man who has been attacked by the media.)

Blanche back up saying again that Daniels testified to a completely different set of events.

Judge Merchan asks for an example.

Blanche going into how threatened she, Stormy Daniels, felt in her testimony yesterday, about the alleged sexual encounter.

Blanche says one example is about consent, the other is not.

(Suggesting that the Judge sees eye-to-eye with the Soros funded Alvin Bragg District Attorney’s Office)

Judge Merchan said he doesn’t see what Blanche is referring to a new set of facts.

Merchan said he wrote down what ADA said before they said it, that being that the ‘defendant seems to be living by another set of facts.’

Merchan denies the application to remove or suspend the gag order with regards to Stormy Daniels.
