This seems so reasonable. I suspect that Kemp might think there will be Dem lawsuits keeping it from going into effect.
The college class of 2024 has the same young people who were the high school class of 2020 and had all their graduation canceled then. 2020 was a crazy time almost everywhere in the world. Any college canceling its graduation now is completely the fault of it that college’s administration. I feel very sorry for the serious students at those colleges.
