Ths is a lefty twisted use of a pier installation, intended to be used to supply US troops on Islands or difficult coast lines.
Now this pier progran is being WRONGLY used to gain the political support of Michigan Muslims who have threatened to vote against Joe Biden or also to stay home and not vote, giving the swing state to Trump.
So this pier is not the intended usage by our military. Instead this usage is to buy the Muslim vote for Biden:
