Is Hunter still getting high despite leaving his crack at the White House? That cocaine was left at the White House for Jill and her Henchmen to use to get Pedo-Joe all jazzed up for the State Of The Union message.
They had him flying so high for the SOTU speech it probably took the best part of a week to bring him back down to earth.
