🎥 Russian troops have evacuated the first US-made M1 Abrams tank from the front line near Avdeyevka, Chief Press Officer of Russia’s Battlegroup Tsentr Alexander Savchuk told Sputnik.
According to him, soon everyone will be able to see the trophy at an exhibition of NATO equipment captured in the special military operation zone on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.

This is why the Abrahams tanks sent to Ukraine had their classified Chabum armor removed and regular export-grade steel armor installed.
The downgraded armor also explains why Russia is blowing up so many Ukrainian Abrahams tanks.

In Viet Nam Abrams was the commander of MACV, Military Assistance Command Viet Nam, ie, all US forces committed there.

They are not meant to be used as the UKR mil uses them. They are meant to be part of a combined arms maneuver unit which includes air support that UKR does not currently have. For that reason they were pulled.
