Abortion politics is threatening to roil Florida Republicans’ chances in competitive state Legislature races amid widespread voter backlash.
The Florida Supreme Court upheld a 15-week limit on abortion earlier this month, paving the way for a six-week ban passed by the state Legislature last year to soon go into effect.
Now, a handful of vulnerable Republican state lawmakers who supported the six-week restrictions could be imperiled in November as anger over the ban grows.

It’s pretty bad when the murder of innocent babies decides an election. When judgment hits this nation, it is gonna be so severe............
Public statements like Linda’s don’t help.
Sounds like the majority of voters in this country are now baby and jew killers. Damn. That’s what illegal aliens and dumbass college loan deadbeats will get you. Some “strength”. We don’t need it here.
True dat.
The hill sounds worried for the gop, LOL!
Yes, as they promised they were going to do for as far back as I can remember.
Concern trolls at The Shill
Actually, yes. They will come out for this; thats how brainwashed they are.
Republicans hold super-majorities in both legislative chambers; if they were to lose one or two races it is not going to change the fact that Florida is the last bastion of common sense privilege.
Americans love abortion more than any country in the world. Even liberal European nations have a less fanatical pro-abortion mentality.
We have to recognize that banning abortion is an extreme position now. Time for us to adjust our position on abortion. Or we’ll find out the hard way in November.
Buahahahahahahahaha!
This bit of wisdom they wrote roils out from these Sodomite authors who are really propagandists:

Neither of them ever saw push poll they did not like..... and both of them are trained liberal lefty sodomite propagandists.
Trump owns Florida. And he has handled the abortion issue well, simply saying that its no longer federal business, its up to the states.
And they both make the mistake of thinking that feminism is still alive.
NOPE. She's dead Jim!
The transgender sodomites have killed feminism. So much so that men can now use women's washrooms and dressing rooms. The government of the United States cannot define what a women is.If the feminists cannot rally against that, they sure as hell do not have the capacity or support to create an effective abortion lobby in Florida.America is sick of it.
Women can no longer use their pu$$y for public politics. As a matter fo fact...they have become "its" that do not even have pu$$ies according to "progressive" sexual memes..
CAROLINE VAKIL AND JULIA MANCHESTER do not have a clue about whats happening in Florida or elsewhere. If they do, then as trained propagandists they are hiding it well because its ALL pro Trump.
ROIL? They are both SO sick.
Looking at Manchester's face, I wonder whether she is even a woman.
I was worried for a minute, and then I noticed it was from The Pill. From their lips to the devil's butt.
Most of them have abortion legal until up to 18 weeks or so.
The Democrats needed an issue to mobilize their voters. Abortion turned out to be a winning issue they can compel their voters to show up on Election Day to cast their votes.
Today one is considered a poor journalist if one is not animated by an activist concern. Gone are the days of truly dispassionate, objective, even-handed journalism.
Not to worry.
We will straighten them right out.
The “Hill” is trying to keep abortion front and center.
Understand that Republicans have a super majority in the Florida House so taking control of the House might be a stretch, a smaller majority might happen but outright control is a stretch
