Yes, Southwest uses Houston Hobby.
Same for Dallas. Southwest barely uses DFW and focuses on Dallas Love Field instead.
Servicing two airports in the same city can get quite expensive.

Houston was a big surprise. Nah--Houston was my first guess.
Hobby is just on the other side of the city. That makes two separate airports Southwest flies into/out of in the same city.
