DA Finally Reveals Underlying Crime Trump Allegedly Committed, and the Bidens Should be Nervous

Prosecutors in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office have finally revealed the underlying crime they allege Donald Trump was committing when he allegedly falsified business records.

According to Fox News, "New York prosecutor Joshua Steinglass on Tuesday said the other crime was a violation of a New York law called 'conspiracy to promote or prevent election.'"

That law, New York Law 17-152, reads:

"Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor."

Speaking of Michael Cohen, former National Enquirer owner David Pecker, and Donald Trump, Steinglass' co-counsel Michael Colangelo argued that in 2015:

"Those three men formed a conspiracy to influence the election."

However, none of the allegedly falsified business records were dated in 2015; every alleged instance was in 2017. The falsified payments are transactions in which Trump's business paid Cohen; Trump says the payments were for legal services and not reimbursement for any monies Cohen might have paid to Stormy Daniels.

Speaking of Daniels, she still owes Trump $300,000 plus interest after pursuing a frivolous lawsuit against him.

If he was committing a crime, why would he even keep a record of it?

Total BS.

Could the USSC have an important opinion on to what extent each state electing a slate of electors in the federal election of a US President makes the Presidential election process a state one rather than federal?
I have read before (here, in fact) that we don’t have an election for President every four years, we have 50 seperate state elections to send electors to DC to then finish electing the president.
Has this ever been twisted in such a tangled way to punish members of the opposition party? How about the vindictive state prosecutions of the alternate slates of electors that several states are conducting against President Trump supporters? Will those actions continue and stand if co0nvictions result?

Trump needs to pick HIS venue and file a private RICO suit alleging malicious prosecution amongst everything else he can think of and include everyone he can identify as being in the conspiracy. Total damages requested should be in the billions.

The cases against POTUS45 can be boiled down to this...

Prosecutor: “ORANGE MAN BAD!”

DC/New York juries: “GUILTY!!”

Judges: Life without parole in a Super Max.

The President is appointed by electors chosen in the States under the authority of the State Legislatures.

All this over a misdemeanor.

All this over an imputed misdemeanor, repeated to 30+ times because of a monthly retainer, over a labelling dispute, which is beyond the statute of limitations, artificially elevated to a felony.

“You’d have to arrest everybody who has ever run for office.”

And what would be wrong with that?
Sounds like a very good idea to me.

The Constitution is clear that the state legislatures have the power to choose the method of selecting Electors. This makes it 50 state elections.

Biden and his associates pushing the lawfare against Trump meet the number required for a conspiracy to interfere with an election...targeting his opposition. There is an opening for some real blowback. Couple that with the other trial over whether a sitting US President has immunity. A no immunity ruling coupled with the lawfare by Biden against Trump could get interesting.

I guess all politicians and political parties are illegal conspiracies.

This DA is the ultimate moron.
Revoke prosecutor immunity privileges.
This is why jury nullification needs to be the default position.
This is gross misinterpretation of the law and constitution.

It’s always a new low.
They really want to put him in jail where he can die from an “accidental” death

“Where is the felony charge?”

It’s super secret.... It can only be viewed by reading it upsidedown while hopping on one leg counter clockwise under a black light during a total solar eclipse.

“Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means”...

You mean like Hillary (NY resident) and her lawyer (marc elias), campaign staff, tons of elected officials, the CIA, FBI, and the entire Russian Collusion Hoax that came out of NY State? You mean like that? Is that illegal in NY? If it is why hasn’t they prosecuted it with vigor? Or is just writing a small check to a low level blackmailer worse than the 10’s of millions spent of the Russian Collusion hoax?

The Federal Elections Commission- you got that? How literal could one be. I know this. Point is a legal one— the State law being elevated to Federal election “campaign” expense which was long ago decided NOT to be a campaign expense and a NOTHING-burger.

Read for content. WE don’t have popular vote- not yet. Not ever if Constitutional federal elections are held in each State with Electors.
