Mr. Dreeben (for The Swamp) believes that, with the exception of a narrow list of Constitutionally authorized activities, ALL OTHER ACTIONS BY THE PRESIDENT are subject to judicial examination for criminal intent.
I cannot imagine this being worse than 6-3. there’s no way the ‘conservatives’ on the court vote to allow immunity to not exist.
Yep, it would create constant persecutions of Presidents. Like we are seeing now. Very unstabilizing for our Republic.
In addition, Mr. Dreeben (for The Swamp), wants the President to be held by a leash that runs back to the "Office of Legal Counsel" (in need of 24/7 attention and importance at) The Law Firm of The Swamp (aka "DoJ").
Mr. Dreeben (for The Swamp) also presented a hypothetical, OPPOSED to "there is a crime, because charges of a crime are brought."
That seems to apply to the very case that President Trump is enduring in New York City, today.
