I cannot imagine this being worse than 6-3. there’s no way the ‘conservatives’ on the court vote to allow immunity to not exist.

Bingo. Or a Roberts special that Congress must define a clear statute that is easily applied.

To much time spent on trying to weave in J 6. They are trying to say that Trump committed a criminal act by urging a peaceful protest
