Thanks, I read through the statement of fact.
They use the word illegal often, but never refer to any statute that was violated. Nor do they identify any one that was defrauded nor anyone that was given the “false” statement. How you can defraud using false statements that you give to no one is quite a mystery.
They act like trying to influence an election is illegal. So much for campaigning. And I always thought that was the point.
