That money (well over $100 billion now) that is being sent to Ukraine is “chump change” compared to what it will cost if Ukraine wins this war (which of course, they will not).

If that happened, though, who do you think will pick up most of the tab for the “Ukranian Marshall Plan” for the rebuilding and reconstruction of Ukraine?
