MailOnline understands the explosion relates to a single shell going off at the munitions filling factory, run by BAE, Europe’s biggest military contractor.

Joe Biden blew up the munitions’ factory because Corn Pop was going to sell it to the Russians.

Probably more exploding and burning ammo here than in the Middle East. Funny how that happens.

My favorite line from Blofeld:
“The great powers flexing their military muscle like so many impotent beach boys.”
Applies so often in crises.

BAE Systems is a huge company. It has locations in the U.S., too, as well as other parts of the world. It does a lot of business with our Department of Defense.

From the BBC.
“It said there were no injuries and no risk to local residents and production was unaffected.”
“The Welsh Ambulance Service said it attended the scene, but nobody required treatment.
David TC Davies, MP for Monmouth, said the explosion occurred “in a remote part of the site that had been set aside to take apart shells”.
“I am told there is always a small risk involved in this particular operation, which is exactly why it is carried out with remote control in a restricted area of the site. There were no risks to any members of the public,” he added.”

These days, once is just as likely to be enemy action as an accident.
Twice guarantees it, just like 9/11.

Well-deserved if true, but much more likely to disregarding safety considerations to speed up production.
