Time to file a bar complaint against the state disciplinary folks for their frivolous action against Sidney Powell.
“did not prove that she engaged in misconduct or fraud.”
YThere was no Kraken — that is fraud.
Even more concerning, the Texas Bar thinks that.
So what is the penalty to be imposed on the state bar prosecutors for abusing their position and victimizing Powell?
Interesting how the left can lie, defame and libel with impunity, but anybody on the right is prosecuted/persecuted - while being denied the ability to defend themselves and being denied access to exculpatory information and evidence . . .
I will cheer myself to tears, if/when she finally brings the whole corrupt mess tumbling down.
Is this Sidney Powell’s first-ever victory? Better late than never!
She will still be disbarred in Texas, eventually. Since her initial favorable Texas bar decision in 2023, she has entered a guilty plea in Georgia for what will be considered a crime of moral turpitude. If she is disbarred anywhere else she was licensed, the Texas bar is required to recognize that finding and impose reciprocal discipline.
