ABJECT FAILURE, Homelessness is a big problem in SoCal and I could FIX the Homeless Problem inside of 90 days easily.

1. Round up ALL of them and put them in the Coliseum 2. Fill the Parking Lots with those Toxic FEMA trailers the Feds have a surplus of. 3. Begin screening to find the 2-3% that can actually be saved and house them in those trailers. 4. EVERY FRIDAY AT 5PM have Every Police Agency in the County distribute all the SEIZED Fentanyl to the inhabitants inside the Coliseum, GIVE THEM THEIR LAST HOORAH.

Within 90 days the Homeless Population will be down to at le4ast 10% of what it was.
