Within 90 days the Homeless Population will be down to at le4ast 10% of what it was.
The indigent vagrant population should be given a choice :
jail for illegal street “camping”/occupancy/defecation/

It shouldn’t be the city’s responsibility to provide housing at taxpayer’s expense. It became all the rage back when civil rights and AA were fashionable.
the more they spend, the greater the problem. i think they are building a new welfare business while cutting in their major donors on contracts.
What the fine folks of California don’t get is, for NOW they are asking, soon they will start taking and you will not have any say on the subject.
