They should drop the charges completely, No Illegal Alien should ever be prosecuted for any personal crime if the victim was a Public Servan6t or employed by a Public Servant. This is THEIR POLICY and they need to live or die with the consequences.

It is difficult to have sympathy about the death of a person who worked for a Demonicrat politician, especially when that death was caused by an illegal alien, whose invasion into the United States was denied by the Demonicrat politican the person worked for.

VERY likely the victim was in favor of his murderer being in the country. This is very much a ‘feel-good’ story IMO.
