A pair of accused Porsche-driving squatters who allegedly duped a judge to get legal rights to a home they didn’t own were evicted this week when Nassau County sheriff’s changed the locks and removed their belongings — including a big screen TV and their luxe ride.
Deputies knocked on the door of the Brussel Drive home in New Hyde Park around 8:30 a.m. Friday, escorting Denton Gayle and Margaret Grover out and watching as they loaded a moving truck.
The couple, who also share a toddler son, put their dog Daisy in the Porsche as they emptied the two-story Cape Cod, which had been in foreclosure for a decade and abandoned for years after members of the family that owned it died.

I w9nder what conditi9n the house was in after the criminals were removed.
You know it was bad, shoot there are probably so many dishes in the sink they couldn’t piss in it anymore.
I wonder what these people do to afford the Porsche, etc. Or is it stolen property too? The guy certainly has the drug-dealin’ gangsta look.
Perhaps trying to emulate the Kardashians?
Yeah, that would have been awkward.
Maybe pimping out the girlfriend, too.
Lol, prolly true. The place was “dilapidated” to begin with, and had been abandoned, but I’m sure it was far more “dilapidated” when the perps were thrown out.
The Porsche Cayenne model is a Porsche SUV (hybrid?) the model appears to be a 2022 which sells on the market for a minimum 70-80K. Where do squatters get any money for such as this, sold by a used car dealer perhaps— paid for with the dope money they acquire as street punk dealers. They put cash down and drive off in vehicles most people of average honest means could never afford—unless they bought one on time payments. The repo people had to be not far behind this sheriffs action.
Look at the losers both of them— she’s a druggie and he is a supplier and a real stupid looking street punk. The house no doubt trashed.
A Town of North Hempstead building inspector’s report deemed the structure, which had no heat, electricity, hot water or working bathrooms, “unlivable.”

THEN WHAT GOOD WAS THAT BIG SCREEN tv?
She’s wearing a boyz in the hood hoodie too.
That's better than having a FRiend with a p/up truck.
This house was perfect for an adverse posession claim but the squatters were morons. Had the immediately started fixing up the place and not been horrible neighbors, they would have flown under the radar long enough to establish the claim.
Owners died intestate, no apparent heirs and in tax arrears/ foreclosure.
Move in, make it habitable, put the utilities in your name, make the necessary minimum tax payments to stave off foreclosure while you run out the clock.
Most importantly, be a great neighbor so you stay off the sheriff’s radar.
If I was a zoomer, I would absolutely be scoping out houses that meet this criteria. There are more of them than people realize. The county does nothing but ignore them until they fill up with sqatting junkies and the property is squalid before they finally sell it at a tax auction 10 or 15 years later.
I don’t even want to think about the smell they left behind. 😖
I AM THINKING THAT THIS IS THE PERFECT SCENARIO FOR MILITARY VETERANS TO CREATE A BUSINESS-—CLEANING OUT SQUATTERS-—BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE.
Oh, I agree! People around here are afraid to rent out their ADUs or rooms, etc., because of squatters -who have ALL the rights in California, especially the Los Angeles area.
So they forged a name on a lease and took it before a court in order to dupe the judge.
There should be major criminal charges for that.
Why is their dog of choice always a pit bull?
