On Saturday’s “CNN Newsroom,” House Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA) stated that he believes the Biden administration will advise Israel that “they should look to de-escalate across the board where possible.” Smith also argued that the Iranian attack on Israel “underscores the need to get to a ceasefire in Gaza, to get humanitarian assistance into Gaza, and to have an endpoint to that conflict, completely admitting Israel’s right to defend itself there, without question. But things need to calm down or Israel is vulnerable in the region.”
Smith said that the Iranian attack seems to be a “one-off.”

UNREAL!!! so yeah, this pretty much tells you what the obiden admin will do if our nation ever gets attacked from other nations- he will ‘call for calm, and not jump to conclusions’ while the enemy rearms and hits us again-
If Israel has lost American support, and that is a very apparent development, and extinction of Israel and the resident population, Teheran will disappear in a nuclear blast. It will be up to Joe Biden’s politburo to prevent general nuclear war in the world. Their track record does not leave me optimistic. They are playing the “long game” while being utterly short sighted.

Since October 7th, Israel’s primary enemy, both through its proxy, Hamas, and now via direct attacks, has made it crystal clear what their goal is, and that they are willing to pursue it. Israel cannot sit back under those conditions and expect that somehow everything will just go back to “normal.” They should do as they have been doing with Hamas, but sparing the anti-mullah Iranian civilians: Crush the mullahs and their capacity to wage war utterly and for good.
