Thanks for posting. BUMP!
Bingo. I was in the command group in the 82d Abn Div in 79 and had been mostly since 74. We had cartoons of C-130s full of Santa Clauses with AA shoulder patches jumping over Tehren. Another one was a soldier with a M16 pointing it at an Arab next to an oil drum telling him to eat sand and drink oil. Oh, the good ole days.
Here, in Israel, or both?
No incoming missile sirens at all yet”
There are now
Where’s the mighty “Leader of The Free World??
Those cartoons and patches would be a court martial-able offense nowadays
> And the Iraqi’s don’t mind them flying to Israel via their airspace? <
And this is where that idiot George W. Bush fits in. Saddam Hussein was evil, a monster. But Saddam’s Iraq was a counterbalance to the regional ambitions of the mullahs in Iran.
W did the mullahs a great favor by taking Saddam out. Iraq is now little more than a loose confederation of tribes. No counterbalance to Iran at all.
Their favorite tactic is intimidation they will go for soft targets in high profile soft cities probably Jewish related targets like synagogues, in New York.
They could attempt to disrupt the transportation infrastructure by sabotage or riot using antifa tactics.
They can easily disable elements of our electrical grid.
They can disrupt the oil supply from the middle east, been there, done that..incredibly low strategic reserve.
Through media misinformation which has been very effective for the North Vietnamese and hamas using the same tactics.
Not where i live but there was a big boom earlier about an hour ago
Jerusalem seeing lots of activity in the sky and can hear sirens from reporters there
God Bless And keep you FRiend !
People are being warned to stay indoors due to falling shrapnel
On opening night of Desert Storm, the US Navy launched cruise missiles into Iraq from the Persian Gulf that traversed Iranian airspace.
The criminality of flying cruise missiles over another country without permission might appear to be contingent upon who has fired the cruise missiles. (I think Iraq will get over it.)
Good point
