Why would any body attack the NORKs?
They have no unique natural resources nor a useful population to enslave.
NK is literally sitting on trillions of dollars of rare Earth minerals.
The legitimacy of the North Korean regime depends on an ideology of a constant state of mobilization and readiness for war. Without that, the regime would lose its basis for existence and fat boy Kim and his family and their loyalists would soon be dead or in exile in China being bled of all their liquid assets.
Pretext, to try and unify the Koreas under his rule.
They have already enslaved their own people who are so socially damaged that it will take a generation or more to deprogram them.
They have big egos and that’s it.
