I want some of these spokespeople in the pro-life movement to explain to me with a straight face how it makes any sense for abortion to be a Federal crime while the murder of a random child on the street is not.
Agreed. If the Fed has the power to ban abortions nationwide it also has the power to legalize all abortions nationwide. The constitution does not give it jurisdiction to do either.
