The Constitution does not allow for a national abortion law, as abortion is not a federal power.

I am convinced the Dobbs Supreme Court decision giving abortion back to the states was a good thing a Live and Let Live decision in line with the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution.

The Left trashed it as extreme which was garbage but Conservatives don’t care very much about Human Life IMHO can’t make a good argument against the Left as well.

Good point. But feds approve, facilitate, and pay for it at federal facilities.

As well, leadership doesn't have to equate to federal law.

I believe that if the Congress wanted to federalizing have a national law pertaining to abortion, they could pass one. The fact of the matter is they had 50 years to pass one and could have, but they didn’t do it because it is a hot button issue that raises a lot of money for them. Same goes for Republicans.

The absolute hypocrisy on the right is that conservatives are supposed to believe in limited government so when Roe v. Wade was overturned and sent back to the individual states to deal with then that’s what we should’ve all wanted , deal with it at the state level and figure out what

Abortion is just such a hot button, emotional issue, that no rational, cognitive thought can come up with a logical solution. At this point with the problems we are facing that’s about the last thing. I’m worried about right now.

You are correct. Sending it all back to the states released any lever available at the federal court level.

Does this mean pediphila can be returned to the states? I didn’t see that in the constitution. If not, why not exactly.

To bad many are unable to open their eyes to that fact.

It’s been settled by the SCOTUS let it go.

The Constitution does not allow for a national abortion law, as abortion is not a federal power.

And yet there are Federal laws about murder when the victim isn't an unborn child, and no one seems to complain about those!
