The Dreamliner has been flawed for years, The FAA - along with the whole world - knows that Your link shows seven accidents with no hull losses across over 1100 aircraft since the 787 started service. That is 0.6% of all 787s in service. This accident rate is hardly evidence of “flawed for years.”
