Hey, Mike, check this out ... you may want to educate yourself

President Trump’s statement on abortion represents the constitutional and legal status before the Supreme Court nationalized the issue in Roe v. Wade. It is what conservatives have been demanding for half a century — that is, the reversal of Roe. The constitutionalists on the Supreme Court are to be credited for what they did, and they came under enormous pressure and threats to change their ultimate decision. If we are to now insist on a federal law to prevent all abortions (and I oppose abortion), it is strange indeed to expect that the radicals won’t use federal law to impose Roe and beyond on the entire country. After all, they control the federal Leviathan, we don’t. They can and will reverse anything a Republican Congress and presidency might do. Furthermore, litigation can ensue in state courts under state constitutions. The action is now in the states. This won’t be resolved in Washington and never could be, whether by the Court or the Congress. Nor will it be resolved in this post

Bill Barr and Mike Pence are two of the most self-righteous frauds I’ve ever seen in public life. Barr’s discussion about the latest indictments supposedly involving Jan. 6 is incoherent and imbecilic. In other words, he has nothing but contempt for Trump because Trump fired him, and he would be thrilled if Trump not only lost the election but was sentenced to years in prison. That’s why he is on his own egomaniacal public tour, doing press everywhere and anywhere trashing the former president and, mostly, giving aid and comfort to Garland and Smith. Mike Pence is another piece of work. He took notes in his discussion with the president about the election for the purpose of covering his ass one day, even though a president is free to ask his vice president to delay the counting of electors (whether or not that’s a good idea is beside the point, it is not unconstitutional or illegal). Pence first fought the grand jury subpoena. After he was forced to testify and provide his notes (which he took in secret), now he tries to position himself as some great hero. He fooled no one and destroyed his reputation. Both of them are now in great demand by news organizations because they serve the purposes of DOJ and the Democrat Party media. Disgraceful.

President to be Trump, defends the line that needs defended. Let each individual State decide for itself. The problem that Roe V Wade always had, was it imposed on the entire nation in a dictatorial fashion, the mores of people they can never meet or know.
