I read Hayden’s autobiography. He is so proud that he led the development of the NSA datacenter that captures store every electronic communication going in or out of the US.

Michael Hayden is and was one of the worst AHs ever to lead the "Intelligence community," and that is a hard thing to do. He got Bill Binney, one of the top analysts in NSA history fired, because they wanted to make money and spy on Americans. Incompetent and evil.
