The affidavit describes Malinowski purchasing over 150 guns between May 2021 and Feb. 2024, many of them online. 6 of those firearms were found to be involved in crimes, and 3 were bought by undercover ATF agents. Undercover agents bought firearms from Malinowski who was acting as an unlicensed vendor at a gun show. He did not ask the agents for ID or paperwork, and told them he sells at gun shows in Benton, Conway, and a music hall in Memphis.

“A No Knock Home Invasion and Excecution...
For a NON VIOLENT crime.
(which may or not be a crime depending on circumstances)
For what amounts to a question of technicalities and paperwork on his part.”
Because we are presumed guilty before we prove our innocence. Due process is just a page for the history books. We the people are the 1# enemy of the government so the Rules Of Engagement are at the immediate sole discretion of authority. The Rules Of Engagement gives license to become judge, jury, and executioner without question.

***some of which were reportedly used in crimes—and for misrepresenting his purpose on purchase forms.****
I remember when Little Rock and other cities would sell confiscated firearms at auction or straight to dealers. Also gun stores would sell you a firearm, no questions asked, just look old enough, No purchase forms. Cash and carry. All before Dec 1968. Wish I had kept those I bought back then.
The 1968 gun control law was supposed to stop crime. It has failed.

...where one officer applies what appears to be tape to obscure the doorbell camera on Malinowski’s home. I have a security camera on both outside my door AND inside. Let the Stasi put a tape over the front door camera. It'll still capture them kicking my door down.

Protected and served the sh*t out of him.
We all feel safer now, right? Good use of tax payer dollars? Thin Blue Line went home safe and that’s all that matters?
Even if you THINK you are following the law... When the Law Enforcers don’t give a crap about the “limits” on the law... This happens.
Again, and again, and again.

to engage in the business of importing, manufacturing, or dealing in firearms,
= = =
Just what is ‘dealing in firearms’?
I might tell the guys at the range that my rifle is for sale.
Is that dealing?
Then the legal sale would be a transfer through an FFL.

Taping a doorbell camera is really evil because it makes it impossible for the homeowner to determine who’s there and is likely to cause the homeowner to arm himself, leading to a horrible tragedy like this one.
To: COBOL2Java
That thought occurred to me.
People NEVER have to hide what they are doing when it’s right.
It’s only when someone is doing something wrong that they hide their actions.
The fact that they taped the camera lens tells me right there the whole operation was wrong and it wouldn’t surprise me if the outcome was the intent of it in the first place.
