Sounds to me like he’s saying Netanyahu needs to be more forceful and that victory’s been slow in coming. That’s the opposite of what the left wants, which is a “ceasefire” so that Hamas can regroup and attack Israel directly again.

If this is an accurate quote then the next Q for the former POTUS should have been, “ Mr. President what do you consider normalcy to be in Israeli Arab relations.” That response would be newsworthy.
