Works for me. For those who may not be aware, you cited the oath of allegiance that all naturalized citizens take when being granted U.S. citizenship. Calling for “ Death to America” would seem to be a clear cut violation of that oath.

I’m not sure if there’s a legal mechanism for deporting natural born citizens to the country of their ancestors (I don’t mean anchor babies, but those born in the U.S. to legal immigrants), but calling for the destruction of the United States seems to cross the line of protected speech. A prison sentence, at the very least, should be on the table.

No, sadly we are stuck with them. The American rules are that you can not exile your own natural born citizens. But people who are nationalized citizens are essentially here on good behavior.

Citizenship has been revoked for far less in the past.
