I have no idea whether he is a citizen, legal immigrant or illegal alien. But he is being called Michael, not Miguel. Lots of people with Spanish surnames are native-born US citizens. Lots of Puerto Ricans in the NYC area who are citizens by birth.
Because he attacked a Trump supporter count on him being on the streets again. But I believe it’s time for citizens to rise up and hunt him down like a dog and if you can offer him the same treatment that he did to the injured 64 year old man.
