Zelensky Warns U.S. Congress: Meet Ukraine Military Aid Demands or Russia Wins

Kyiv will lose the war against Russia if the U.S. fails to approve military aid to battle Moscow’s invasion, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday.

Tens of billions of dollars in military assistance for Kyiv has been blocked for months in Congress. The package faces resistance from House Republicans.

“It is necessary to specifically tell Congress that if Congress does not help Ukraine, Ukraine will lose the war,” Zelensky said during a video meeting of Kyiv-organised fundraising platform United24, per AFP.

Many Western “advisors” would also die in-country in Ukraine helping them use these weapons.

You're 100% right. The problem is that there's lack of political will in the West. The factories are in the U.S. and Germany. We are both reluctant to get further involved in the Russo-Ukraine war. I think that's bad news for Ukraine.

Now is probably the time for Macron to send his troops to Kyiv. But the Russians will use drones and missiles to attack the French troops so the French public will demand Macron to pull his troops out of Ukraine.

So far, I do not see the Russian army collapsing in this war.

A DMZ like in Korea, how is that open and welcoming to Russia? Sorry, but they don’t need to be surrounded. They don’t need to be appeased. How about welcoming them as a sovereign nation, whose needs should be caring for their citizens? If RUSSIANS want change, let them force it from within. IT HAS NEVER WORKED, for America to force change from without. Show me where it has worked? Japan? Come on, they have always been law abiding people who practically worship order, and beauty.
