A magnitude 4.8 earthquake shook the coast of the northeastern United States on Friday morning.
The earthquake was felt from Boston down to Baltimore, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
Many incoming flights at major airports in and around New York City were being diverted from landing, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul in a tweet said, “My team is assessing impacts and any damage that may have occurred, and we will update the public throughout the day.”

Caused by man made climate change. /s
4.8 That’s nothing. In California that is a little shaker. Wait for a 7.1—now that’s a real quake!
Dutchsinse has been forecasting earthquakes for years.
Here is a link to a live report that he’s going to have in a couple of minutes on this morning’s US east coast earthquake.

It’s all those huge buildings sitting in one place causing it ,LOL
Groundstop at Newark and JFK airports.
It’s a warning sign from God telling them to repent and turn to Jesus before it’s too late.
Yup. Damage assessments needed. Those buildings are NOT earthquake designs.
Maybe.
Felt it here in northern NJ about 28 miles from the epicenter. Pretty sustained jolt. Thankfully, no damage though.
That’s probably the cause, lol 😂.
Megyn Kelly posted on X that she felt it in Connecticut.
New York statistically gets a quake like that every 100 years and the last one was in 1884
I’m on the south shore of MA and we felt a slight tremor here, bottles contaning water etc were shaking back and forth
I agree. It’s primed.
My team is assessing impacts on our vulnerable immigrant residents and any damage that may have occurred to their hotel suites, and we will update the public throughout the day as to whether they need to provide more facilities and assistance to the immigrant population.
Please tell me you made that up.
My house in Ocean County NJ shook pretty good. That map is off a little. Standing in my garage on a concrete floor. House shook and I felt it through my feet
That is pretty much exactly what I felt with this one today. I called the local water department to see if they were doing some work in the area since I thought the sound and shake may have been due to pressure building in the plumbing, but as I was on the phone with the water dept. a friend from Philadelphia sent a text to a group chat I am part of, asking if everyone just felt that quake. Pretty wide area as I am in NJ about 2 hours north of Philly.
Yeah, don't bother seeing if any of your US CITIZEN CONSTITUENTS need anything, you traitorous fascist bitch.
But seriously...I'm listening to WOR in NYC right now and their guest just said she was in Westchester County (just north of NYC) and her house shook like crazy. Interesting.
More earthquakes coming? Is this article factual? Is history repeating?
