Supporters of the MAGA movement raised questions on Thursday after prosecutors requested jail time for the individual involved in the theft of Ashley Biden's diary.
On Tuesday, prosecutors in New York sent a letter to a judge requesting that Aimee Harris, the individual accused of stealing the diary of U.S. President Joe Biden's daughter, face four to 10 months of jail time in the case.
Conservative commentator Laura Loomer said, "So if the Ashley Biden diary is real, doesn't that mean we have a pedophile occupying the White House?"

Every single thing helps. How many votes will he lose because DOJ just proved he was feeling up 13 year old Ashley in the shower? She even said she waited till late at night to shower so he wouldn’t come jump in with her.
If you are beating someone up who is trying to kill your family, every punch matters even though some individual punch might not be the knockout blow.
Well the thought process here is that as soon as the defendant knew whose diary it was it should have been returned.
And so by that, it was kept with knowledge of whose property it was, and keeping it amounts to theft.
Neither according to the modern view - someone is simply squatting on the diary.
This is not a legal issue so the police can't get involved. This is simply a civil property dispute than can be addressed by the courts over the next several years.
Let the party that claims they have a civil case hire a lawyer and seek relief in the courts.
Diary squatting should be decriminalized; at worst it is a nonviolent crime best resolved by community volunteers.

When pervert Joe Biden jumped into the shower with the kid, he was most likely asking her to pull on something else. Poor traumatized kid, now Americans are traumatized by this sicko.
So “stolen” is the key word here, and keeping property that you know belongs to someone else is theft. “Transporting across State lines” I don’t know about but I’m sure there is a crime there.
