With their first female singer Signe Anderson on vocals. Signe had a young child and tried touring but she decided it would be best to quit the band to raise her child. She still sang in local bands, and lived into her 70’s iirc.

Didn't know that.   Different kind of voice, but sounded great there.   You can see how it would be really tough to tour and raise a young child at the same time.
