Donald Trump Forced to Reveal His Finances to Save His Properties
Newsweek ^ | 04/03/2024 | Jon Jackson

Posted on 04/03/2024 2:27:10 PM PDT by thegagline

Documents for Donald Trump's $175 million bond in his New York civil fraud case were rejected by a court because a current financial statement was not included.

On Wednesday, a message on the New York State Supreme Court's electronic filing system showed Trump's "Bond/Undertaking" had been "returned for correction."New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron ruled in February against Trump; his two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump; and others associated with the Trump Organization.

They were accused in a lawsuit from New York Attorney General Letitia James of inflating the former president's net worth and the value of his properties to obtain better loan and insurance terms. Trump has denied all accusations.

On Monday, Trump posted a $175 million bond in the case, ensuring that James does not seize any of his assets or bank accounts during his appeal. *** The New York County Supreme Court document he shared read:

The court has returned the documents listed below for the following reasons: Please include a current financial statement and Power of Attorney. Additionally, please list the name of the Attorney-in-Fact under the signature line on the Undertaking. Please use the 'Refile Document' link for Doc. No. 1707 to resubmit the corrected filing. Thank you and have a great day."

Thanks for debating this Democrat political operative!

you wrote: He [President Trump] is a great negotiator, you simpleton. He ran for political office at the highest level and won it. Never before accomplished.

True.

President Trump is also The Cleanest Guy in Washington, DC - which is why the corrupt political establishment is prosecuting him for phony "crimes" - while criminals like Tater Biden and his crackhead son are laughing from behind their phalanx of protectors in the DOJ and the Media.

It's also why Democrat operatives are sent to Free Republic to try to "wrap-up smear" President Trump with talking points from the likes of Nicolle Wallace and Joke Scarborough.

We have an actual Democrat Party operative on Free Republic parroting MSNBC Talking Points about the 2020 "election".

It's like reading something that Nicolle Wallace or Joe Scarborough would post.

He can’t fire Ted Kennedy or Nancy Pelosi.

Even if he could, it would have been impossible to fire Ted Kennedy since he had died 8+ years before he took office. He didn't need to fire Pelosi either as she was not Speaker of the House. Paul Ryan was. As a Never-Trumper I would think you would know that.

Let's review what happened according to Wikipedia:

On January 20, 2017, Donald Trump was sworn in as President of the United States. Trump and many Republicans have vowed to repeal and replace Obamacare. President Trump signed an executive order on January 20, 2017, his first day in office, that according to then White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer would "ease the burden of Obamacare as we transition from repeal and replace". Spicer would not elaborate further when asked for more details.

On March 6, 2017, House Republicans announced their replacement for the ACA, the American Health Care Act. The bill was withdrawn on March 24, 2017 after it was certain that the House would fail to garner enough votes to pass it. The result was in-fighting within the Republican Party. (Your boy Paul Ryan again doing his part to torpedo the initiative.)

On May 4, 2017, the United States House of Representatives voted to pass the American Health Care Act (and thereby repeal most of the Affordable Care Act) by a narrow margin of 217 to 213, sending the bill to the Senate for deliberation.[48] The Senate indicated they would write their own version of the bill, instead of voting on the House version. On June 22, the Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017 was unveiled.

On July 25, 2017, the United States Senate voted to proceed to debate on the American Health Care Act. The Senate voted 50–50, largely along party lines with the Republicans for and the Democrats against proceeding, requiring Vice President Pence to cast the tie-breaking vote. Republican Senators Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska crossed the aisle to vote against the motion.

On July 27, 2017, the Health Care Freedom Act, also known as the skinny repeal, was introduced. This bill was defeated 49–51, with Republican senators Susan Collins, John McCain, and Lisa Murkowski voting against it along with all the Democrats and independents. On September 13, 2017, an amendment to the American Health Care Act, commonly known as Graham-Cassidy, was submitted. The bill was sponsored by Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, with Bill Cassidy of Louisiana as a co-sponsor. A spokesman for the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that a vote was planned to occur before September 30, which was the deadline to pass bills under budget reconciliation. Rand Paul and John McCain indicated that they would vote against the bill.[56] Ultimately, McConnell announced on September 26 that the Senate would not vote on the Graham-Cassidy bill.

Remember when he said he’d tax the rich and they’d be very unhappy? And they got a tax break.

No really, but I do remember the Democrats saying that a,, the time. However, they created so many loopholes for them that the tax increases would always affect the middle-class more than the rich they always claimed they were going to make them pay their fair-share.

Or he’d unite us and the divide got wider?

He actually has done so, but it took a stolen election for that to actually take hold. But who is responsible for creating all of the division in the first place? You probably don't know the answer so I will provide it for you. It was the Democrats with the assistance of the press. They have been doing this for decades. with the constant attacks, and the leftist goon squads who are paid by Democrats out of the tax you & I pay into the Treasury every year. Did you think this division was created at the grassroots level? Wouldn't surprise me if you did.

The 2020 election was not stolen. He tried to steal it after the fact. Even his lawyer has recently said in the Georgia case lying and pressuring officials is a free speech issue.

Well, as usual you are dead wrong on that issue as well, not that I find that surprising at all. His lawyers did not say what you say either. What his lawyers actually said was:

Former President Donald Trump’s lawyers argued in court Friday that his Georgia election subversion indictment should be thrown out because it “violates free speech,” and that if he wins the 2024 election, the trial would need to be postponed anyway, until he completes his second presidential term.

Trump lawyers say Georgia charges violate ‘free speech’ and that he can’t be tried while president

In other words, rejecting the results of an elections is not a crime. If it were than we need to go back & charge everyone who has contested their election loss, which would by mostly Democrats facing charges. You just make up BS out of thin air, just like a Democrat. Perhaps what you really are.

I do like myself.

🤣 Sarcasm just eludes like knowledge does.

Do or do not, there is no try.

So you would prefer that he took on the role of dictator huh. You are a Democrat aren't you. Well, at least that would give you an excuse to hate him, though I suspect the expectation of him being a dictator upsets you to no end that he didn't rule like a dictator. Poor, poor pitiful you.

And I see you dodged my last question. When was the date America was last great?

The last time America was great was Jan. 19th, 2021.

When was the last time it was great for you? wait, let me guess. April 4th 2024. Right? It will lose its greatness, once again, come Jan. 19th 2025. Right again?

Because you love Biden, Obama, and most of all Bill Clinton who sent tingles up your leg, like Chris Matthews had for Obama. 🤣

Correct. But he said he alone could do it. And it was item #1 on his agenda. Obama claimed we could keep our doctor. That was a crock. But we held him, at least verbally, accountable. Yet Trump gets a pass on his failure.

Regarding taxing the rich No really, but I do remember the Democrats saying that a,, the time. However, they created so many loopholes for them that the tax increases would always affect the middle-class more than the rich they always claimed they were going to make them pay their fair-share.

I'm surprised a MAGA adherent like you would forget that. That was a cornerstone promise to make America great again. Candidate Trump said in August, 2015 he wanted to cut taxes for the middle class and raise them on rich people like himself.“I do very well, I don't mind paying some taxes,” he told Bloomberg. He vowed to end the carried interest break that benefits hedge fund managers, who he said were “getting away with murder” by not paying their share of taxes.

He actually has done so, but it took a stolen election for that to actually take hold. But who is responsible for creating all of the division in the first place? Let's say we weren't in prefect harmony. And let's give you the benefit of the doubt, Jan 6th wasn't the only furthering of division. You forget about the Floyd riots? Charlottesville, Melania's I don't care dress at the migrant center, telling the Proud Boys to stand back and stand by, or giving voice to quacks like Dr. Immanuel (alien dna lady) a platform.

So you would prefer that he took on the role of dictator huh. You are a Democrat aren't you. Well, at least that would give you an excuse to hate him, though I suspect the expectation of him being a dictator upsets you to no end that he didn't rule like a dictator. Poor, poor pitiful you.

Your TDS is a sickness. So I pity you. He did however suggest suspending the Constitution prior to leaving office.

The last time America was great was Jan. 19th, 2021.

According to you, an election was stolen. That's a great America? According to Trump throughout the 2020 campaign he was seeking a second term to Make America Great Again. Apparently he didn't get your message, because we should have been on our way to greatness based on your date.

Kennedy was a metaphore. (sic)

It was a bad metaphor.

Correct. But he said he alone could do it. And it was item #1 on his agenda. Obama claimed we could keep our doctor. That was a crock. But we held him, at least verbally, accountable. Yet Trump gets a pass on his failure.

Obama knowingly lied, whereas Trump trusted that the Republicans were serious about repeal & replace. I don't remember him claiming he could do it on his own, because he understands how the government works. He's not stupid. Frankly I think it's more of your BS you are prone to throw in there to see if it sticks.

I'm surprised a MAGA adherent like you would forget that. That was a cornerstone promise to make America great again. Candidate Trump said in August, 2015 he wanted to cut taxes for the middle class and raise them on rich people like himself. “I do very well, I don't mind paying some taxes,” he told Bloomberg. He vowed to end the carried interest break that benefits hedge fund managers, who he said were “getting away with murder” by not paying their share of taxes.

Again beyond his control, because Congress controls that aspect. Imagine what Joe Biden would be doing right now if that were a presidential power.

Had Congress not given the middle-class a tax break Trump would have vetoed the tax legislation.

As for the rich, its not the tax rate its the loopholes.

Congress didn't close a single one of those loopholes because it would affect most of them as well.

He wasn't going to veto the tax bill that would have denied the tax breaks to the middle-class, because Congress refused to included them paying more taxes. You really are a brainless child who thinks you are much more clever than you are in reality.

But it was a win, just not a total win. Again, you seem to desire that he wad acted like a dictator. Because then you would have had a more solid position for which to hate him like you do.

Your TDS is a sickness. So I pity you. He did however suggest suspending the Constitution prior to leaving office. The claim is that it's a cult, because how could I have TDS when that stands for Trump Derangement Syndrome & I support him?

But if wanting to save your nation is a cult, then so be it. Guilty as charged. I guess that's another fact that we all learn about you. You hate this nation for being a nation that embraces freedom for people, rule of law, and private property ownership.

As for your claim that he said he should suspend the Constitution in a 2022 post on Truth Social, after he lhad already left the White House, that is too is parroting what the press said. Here's what was really said:

“Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote in a post on the social network Truth Social and accused “Big Tech” of working closely with Democrats. “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”

So, once again you are full of utter BS, you are indeed a Democrat who has come here purely to sow hate and lie. I was wrong you are a low-life idiot.

We will never be in harmony, imperfect or perfect. There's absolutely no need to give anything, especially the benefit of doubt, I am right, you are wrong, period.

There had never been violence at any rallies that were instigated by MAGA attendees, except for 1 person who hit someone who disrupted the rally. Lots of violence against MAGA supporters attending the rallies though. So, why did this rally turn violent on J6. Darren Beattie made a good argument and brought the receipts that it was a Fed led insurrection. Perhaps you can refute & explain why Ray Epps who was caught on camera encouraging people to enter the Capitol for 2 days running J5th & J6th. Explain why when he whispered in to the ear of someone and that person them began tearing down the plastic fencing barrier that delineated the grounds that were prohibited from being crossed. Making it unknown to people who began arriving later. tell me why he was on the FBI's most wanted list for 1 day and then quietly removed. Explain why even after admitting that he did these acts, but never went into the Capitol himself t the J6 BS Committee hearing, he still remained free. It wasn't until much later that he was charged . He was sentenced Tuesday to a year of probation for his actions during the attack on the Capitol. while some still languish in the D.C. jail 3 years later. But of course you think these are just conspiracy theories no doubt just like politico reports.

Ray Epps, pro-Trump rioter smeared by conspiracy theories, gets probation for role in Capitol riot

The sentence is more lenient than the six months of prison time requested by prosecutors. Yeah, nice touch for the show trial.

In September 2020, during the presidential debate with Joe Biden, President Trump told the Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by" in response to a question about condemning white supremacists and militia groups. Members of the group celebrated the president's comments on private social media channels, calling them "historic" and a tacit endorsement of their violent tactics. However, Trump later walked back his remarks, saying he was not familiar with the group and that the group should let law enforcement do its work. Law enforcement and former group members say that Trump's comments will embolden many factions of the group that hold extreme racist views.

Trump’s full statement on the violence in Charlottesville

It was actually a jacket, but facts aren't really a point of importance for you. She wore it to & from the child migrant holding area, which was established to verify if the child was with a parent or someone trafficking children. She did take the jacket off, however, before she entered the facility. Bad optics, but you probably got excited over that, because the press made a big deal of it, as they did about every thing Trump related, and it's obvious that you get your news from the MSM & you believe everything they spew forth at you.

Lastly, I address the giving voice to quacks like Dr. Immanuel (alien dna lady) a platform.

That claim was made by a CNN reporter (at least we know where you get your BS from, that wrote the following article:

Trump promotes a doctor who has claimed alien DNA was used in medical treatments

As you can see she didn't say that the Alien DNA was present in the vaccines. So, I suspect that Trump had no idea she believes in aliens. But even is she does believe in the, which I personally don't, I know of lots of people who believe in them. I have no proof that they exist, but I also have no proof that they don't exist either. So, while you jump on that as proof that Trump is an idiot, like everything else you provide to make your case, it's weak proof at best, because you don't know if she and millions of others who believe in aliens are wrong, or if you & I are the ones who are wrong.

I can't prove that the Lord exists, but I am convinced that he still does exit. So am I crazy for my beliefs?

The more you show of yourself, the more you proved that you are a shallow person who believes they have all the answers.

Again, you know very little. I know very little myself, but the difference is that I admit I do not know everything. Sometimes what I think I know I find out that I only thought I knew about this or that, but I was wrong.

I'm an imperfect human being who is also an admitted sinner.

According to you, an election was stolen. That's a great America? According to Trump throughout the 2020 campaign he was seeking a second term to Make America Great Again. Apparently he didn't get your message, because we should have been on our way to greatness based on your date.

You sure love to babble on, but let's remind everyone the above is your response to my response where you said I avoided you question in the previous post by you which Was; What was the last day America was great again.

My response to that question was Jan. 19th, 2021 because it was the last full day of Trump's first term.

From that point through today this country has been turning into a third world banana republic. Before that the third world within our country was limited to the big cities run by Democrats & some RINOs. Unbelievably, even they have gotten worse, thanks to Biden's border invasion he is allowing at both borders and his allowing illegals to fly in to reduce the visibility at the borders now. Thus, the entire country is in danger of becoming a chithole thanks to idiots like you who support Democrats and their presstitutes operatives within the fake news industry.

I hate to say this, but I am required to speak the truth:

You are a pitiful example of a human being.

BTW, you should hear the words of an actual smart individual:

Trump's Virtues - Tom Klingenstein

Perhaps it will help you with your TDS, but I sincerely doubt it. Surprise me & prove me wrong. Because right now you show me that you have nothing to offer.

I'll let you have the last word, because I will waste not another keyboard stroke on what I now I'm convinced is a hopeless cause. But in case I am wrong, you can then watch his latest video:

Trump’s Virtues Part II - Tom Klingenstein

If your eyes open & I feel it's sincere, then I most likely will respond. But I think it's highly unlikely. So, post away with that knowledge.

Okay joebucks I am going to break my statement that I would never waste another keystroke on you, but I just can't resist sharing this with you, because I still want you to see reality:

How to Spot an "Election Denier" By: SASHA STONE

There could be an Election Denier right next door. They could deliver your mail, serve you a cocktail at the airport, sit next to you on the subway, or empty your garbage. They might be a grandma, a wife, or a son. They could be anyone. They could even be me.

Yes, I am an Election Denier. I am someone you’ve been told to fear, someone you probably think has been captured by extremist ideology and THE BIG LIE. You might say that also makes me an “insurrectionist” and “domestic extremist.”

I would say you’ve been watching too much MSNBC. The thing is, I grew up as an Election Denier because I grew up as a Democrat, and we never met an election we didn’t deny. That is, unless we won.

I was a Democrat who should have wanted to win in 2020. I supported Joe Biden; I even voted for him. Yet, coming out of that election, I felt nothing but despair. I could see the strings. And I left the Democratic Party because of it.

I have reviewed this one. One thing I constantly see from MAGA is stop what aboutism. Yet this seems to focus exactly on that. Tell me why and how Trump really won. Don’t just say Dems have done the same or similar in the past.

I also saw her first report of this year. One thing caught my eye. She said it was the liberals and liberal media who were pushing that the vaccine would make COVID go away. Apparently Trump is a liberal. On December 8th, 2020 at a presser and thank you conference, Trump said the following about the vaccine: But it has been incredible. And it will end the pandemic. It will end the pandemic. And we’re working with other nations. As you see actually by looking at your screen today, we’re working very closely with other nations also to get the vaccines out to other nations. And that’s very important. We work with the world. We’re working with the world. We have great companies, and we’re working with the world. She’s selective with her facts. And for that, I can’t trust her.

I haven’t had the chance to review the 2 links in the other reply from the other day. But I will. But from what I can tell, they are Trump in office by any means. Some of the folks they associate with aren’t in everyone’s best interests.

Not even sure what you mean by that statement.

What Trump said has absolutely no bearing whatsoever as to what she said. This after you apparently are trying accuse me of using whataboutisms. Though in all honesty, I have no clue, as I stated before, what the heck you are even trying to say. This is a classic example of that, and it passes right over your head.

Do I need to explain to you why they are mutually exclusive statements? Let's just say that timing is the factor for mutual exclusivity.

She’s selective with her facts. And for that, I can’t trust her.

🤣 You are killing me with your irony, as that too races over your head at breakneck speed. You are able to remember Trump's speech & where & how to find it, but you have complete amnesia when it cones to the constant press campaign to blame the unvaccinated for the continued Covid problem. The blocking on social media accounts anything they deemed as disinformation. You conveniently forget the constant insistence that the vaccines were both safe & effective. This after stating that they would not personally take the vaccines created by Trump. Trump never made any vaccine, all he did was get them to the public for consumption. You also forget that the Biden Administration mandated the vaccines.

What you also conveniently forget is that President Trump instructed the FDA to allow citizens to have access to Hydroxychloroquine to use that. Scott Gottlieb, M.D., refused to to allow that but instead allowed only those who were hospitalized. He went on shorty after that point to work at Pfizer. But then did not provide the correct guidance as to how they need to be used. Had that directive had been done, & the correct dosages & accompanying additional therapeutics such as Azithromycin an anti-inflammatory drug, D3, Vitamin C & zinc, many lives would have been saved. But of course you know nothing about anything I am even discussing her.

I haven’t had the chance to review the 2 links in the other reply from the other day. But I will. But from what I can tell, they are Trump in office by any means. Some of the folks they associate with aren’t in everyone’s best interests.

Thomas D. Klingenstein is a philanthropist, public speaker, writer, and playwright. He is the Chairman of the Claremont Institute, a California-based conservative group considered the epicenter for the modern conservative movement. Klingenstein is a partner in Wall Street investment firm Cohen Klingenstein, which administers a portfolio worth more than $2.3bn. He has become one of the largest donors to the Republican party and has increasingly used his resources to pursue a hard-edged version of rightwing politics. Klingenstein believes that we are in a cold civil war and that the enemy, what he calls the "Woke regime," is winning, in large measure because Republican leaders have yet to engage. His essays, speeches, and plays encourage Republicans to think, talk, and act as if we are at war. Recently, Klingenstein gave $100,000 to the Maine Families First PAC, which is led by the national conservative group the American Principles Project.

Both links are him talking about Trump.

But quite honestly, you keep exposing your irrational hatred for Trump, and you are unable to articulate that Trump other than to constantly regurgitate democrat talking points.

In addition, you expose that you hate this nation, and that is why you are a democrat supporter. Because we have seen both of the competing candidates as presidents, and people realize that only one deserves to be elected, and that is Trump, because life under him didn't threaten their freedom and their life saw increased promise because of the true job creation under Trump, instead of the lies stated as Biden's success with regard to opportunities & quality of life.

Why won't you just man up with the truth that you are in reality a Democrat supporter, and your mission here is for no other reason than to sow your hate?

1) She totally was laying the blame on liberals and the media on the vaccine comment. She never mentioned that Trump too was pushing that same narrative. Leaving him out of that narrative is huge. Why would she never mention that he too supported that narrative. She didn’t want to stain him with it but stain liberals and the liberal media?

2) Her intent is to taint one side and not also include her side is often involved and just as complicit. Remember. 98% of the truth is still a lie. So she’s rapidly losing my trust. Finally, with Trump’s alternative medications, you’ll notice none were working see to treat him. Why?

3) He’s not conservative. He’s alt conservative. He’s effectively another Soros. Buying those who can carry out his worldview. Supporting Pizzagate’s Posobiec or Trump attorney Eastman who you’ll notice never says Trump is right. Just vigorously representing him.

Eastman was sent by Klingenstein to keep Trump in office whether he won or not to carry out his worldview. I have trouble with that. I know that a lot of people here don’t have a problem with it. Are you one of those who are ok with Trump staying in office whether was the actual winner.

This is all very similiar to the stuff put out by Jeremiah Films, James Dale Davidson and Joseph Farah in the 90’s.

LOL!

The FR Democrat operative sez: "So she’s rapidly losing my trust"

Spot the lie in that post.

She never "had his trust" in the first place, because she's on the opposing team, like John Eastman, who is being attacked with fake quotations by a Democrat "judge" in a rigged disbarment hearing:

Trump Attorney John Eastman on California Lawfare Case: “They Doctored the Quotation in Court – Then the Judge Repeated the Doctored Quotation” (VIDEO)

Note that our resident FR Democrat sitepest was gearing up to laugh and sneer at Eastman in his previous post - because he LIKES rigged outcomes - but only the ones that favor his Team Democrat.

No. He gave me that link in good faith. And that’s how I accepted it. You and good faith have nothing in common.

You small.

I see that Ebonics was part of the curriculum in your Democrat Party operative classes.

Does this proficiency help when you're swapping spit with Al Sharpton and Lucrezia James at the refresher seminars?
