You can’t force people to pray to a deity, “Earth” in this case, and say it’s secular.

Unfortunately, citizens are currently being oppressed by a worthless federal government that is scandalously refusing to do its 14th Amendment (14A) duty to make and enforce penal laws to discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.

Excerpted from 14A:

So all Democratic and Republican patriots in the nation need to come to the rescue of citizens in all states whose constitutionally enumerated protections are being abridged by renegade state actors, UCLA students in this example. Patriots need to do this by supporting hopeful Trump 47 with a new Congress in November that will support him to not only finish draining the swamp, but will also do its duty to give some teeth to Section 1 of 14A.
