On Easter Sunday, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of a large group of illegal immigrants accused of participating in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.
The incident, which took place on March 21, has been described by authorities as a “border riot,” during which illegal immigrants, predominantly men from Venezuela, overwhelmed security measures and clashed with National Guard forces.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that hundreds of illegal aliens from Africa, Central America, Colombia, and Venezuela made a rush for the border in El Paso, Texas after they were pushed south of the concertina wire in the middle of the night by the National Guard.
The illegals breached the concertina wire, overwhelmed National Guard members, and made a rush for the border.

Well, if the invaders that had attacked the National Guard had been ‘brown’, I’d say Judge Humbug Acosta had cousins among them, and had to let them go for family serenity.
But, since most of them were ‘black’, I have to assume that Judge Humbug Acosta is just part of the 0’Biden Regime’s conspiracy to bring in foreign armies to attack American Citizens.
I beg to differ, sir-the problem is that this judge is a criminal sympathizer and needs to be removed from the bench, disbarred, prosecuted-and maybe waterboarded as a start-now-it has nothing to do with a surname or ethnicity. I’m Hispanic and I loathe mojados-my family has been here for over 200 years-do you consider me a criminal sympathizer or a problem because of my Spanish family name? There are far, far many more Hispanic folks that think like me than the ones you are referring to here in Texas, in Florida, Arizona, New Mexico-maybe even in Cali. I can hardly believe someone said that on FR-such a bigoted sounding remark...

BS-this judge is just bought off-probably by los carteles-happens a lot, ethnicity no issue. If i were the sheriff, I’d probably have deputies pick them all up for assaulting a leo-or two or three-anything-just lock them up so they aren’t able to assault anyone else...
I get where you are coming from... I grew up friends with kids whose families have been here since their great great great great great Grandparents were awarded land grants by King (of Spain) Charles II or King Phillip V, etc., long before there was a USA.
But you gotta admit that folks like that, and like you, are now outnumbered thousands to one. So I also get where V_TWIN is coming from.

I know that when I was a kid, many/most other Hispanic people voted democrat-my family were outliers, as was I as an adult until about 1980, when things began to slowly change in Texas-now there are more WASP liberals/democrats than Hispanics who are. I live in a rural area that is ethnically mixed-about equal numbers of WASPS and Hispanics, a small number of Blacks and a few Asians. People-even business owners are vocal about their politics, and the only liberals/democrats appear to be the WASPs. Democrats haven’t been paying attention to what has been going on for a long time-some ethnic groups have stopped drinking the koolaid, and it is a good thing...
There is no reason, none at all to use the ethnicity of someone’s surname/family name a basis for suspecting dishonest or criminal activity, no matter where that name comes from-that is an ethnic slur that has no place here...
It's just easier to lump everything together.
At least the USA has not begun to round up similarly LOOKING folks and place them in internment camps; yet.
