Former acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said Tuesday on CNN's “Anderson Cooper 360” that his old boss, former President Donald Trump is the only Republican who can't win the 2024 general election.
After Trump announced his candidacy, Cooper asked, “Do you think this is good for the Republican Party?”
Mulvaney said, “No, I don't. Because I think he's the only Republican who could lose. ...

Looks like the threatening storms have now moved east of me.
They were forecast to stay south of my area on the lower Eastern shore where it was warmer.
However, a piece came straight north up the Chesapeake Bay toward me.
Thankfully, aside from some rumbles of thunder shaking my house, I was spared.
Will still be chilly in the 50’s until early next week but finally dry and quiet.

Yes, I don’t trust Mulvaney either but was pleasantly surprised to find his commentary on Real Clear Politics.

Also, I gather stores, etc. are beginning to be impacted by delayed or halted deliveries, which is now taking an economic toll.

I have a few items on hand for a short term situation but NOWHERE near what I guess I should have for a long stretch.
