Uninsurable real-estate
Unknown real-estate valuation as a result of the Condo collapse, insurance increase, condo association fees for future maintenance
The Florida insurance risk problem is going to be a real problem while it gets sorted. The fees for condo maintenance are also a really big unsorted problem

The answer to stupidity is to confront it. Good that this is posted on FR. I hope more knowledgeable people write letters to these editors & inform them of the facts.
