It is in the sense that ESG hasn't been implemented in the USA yet, but it isn't in the sense that they WANT to implement it as ASAP. It is also possible that they are building the ESG score system as we speak, to be implemented at a later date. It is well known that the West, or what is left of it, has been eyeballing the Chinese beta implementation of ESG with hungry eyes.
